Shred Squad for Kids

 

Get an advanced SHREDUCATION!

 

This after school program is for riders who have advanced skills for their age (9-14 years old) and who are looking to build technique and improve skills such as jumps, drops and technical trail riding. Shred Squad are split into groups of 6 accordingly to ability, and there is a selection process to ensure that all riders in the squad are of similar ability to create a learning group who can progress together.

If your child has completed our Shred School program or any of our other clinics and school holiday camps and you think they would be well suited to this and can make a weekly time of 3.45-5.15pm Tuesdays (during school term) in the locales of Manly Dam, Frenchs Forest or Belrose then send us your expression of interest via email: info@chocolatefoot.com.au

  •  Next program will be offered in Term 3 2022. Please submit an expression of interest if you're keen for your child to participate.

Manly Dam, Frenchs Forest or Belrose (in Sydney, NSW)

Cost:

  • $285 for the 8 week program (includes GST)

  • We are an Active Kids provider. To use a voucher for your child's enrolment, use coupon code ACTIVEKIDSSS to discount the entry fee by the voucher value ($100) and then email the voucher to info@chocolatefoot.com.au.

What you'll need to bring:

  • Mountain bike that is mechanically sound and clean. As well as the more obvious safety points, your bike must have handlebar end plugs fitted.

  • Helmet (Australian Standards AS/NZS 2063 approved), other protective gear optional such as gloves, eyewear, elbow, knee/shin pads

  • Spare tube that is compatible with your child's bike

  • Water & snacks - they will need to carry these with them while riding

What's provided:

  • Small group tuition - ensuring plenty of attention for everyone

  • A structured program of mountain bike skills and education delivered by Chocolate Foot coaches

  • Plenty of fun and challenge with games and guided trail rides

  • Good vibes and plenty of positive reinforcement, because mountain biking is always meant to be fun!

  • Please note our refund policy. Also please note that should health restrictions relating to COVID19 cause us to cancel or stop the program, a full refund will be given for any sessions not delivered.

  • Chocolate Foot is covered by its own Public Liability Insurance. You are responsible for your own Personal Injury Insurance and Ambulance Cover

  • Final information will be sent to participants by email in the week prior to the first class
