Chocolate Foot Refund Policy

Unfortunately Mother Nature and other factors can get in the way of us enjoying our cycling fun ... as such, Chocolate Foot reserve the right to cancel a skills clinic at any time which may be due to fire, storm, rain, inclement weather, wind, forest closure, or any other circumstances. Should this occur, the activities will be rescheduled where possible and your registration can be transferred to the new date or a future clinic, or we will refund your registration fee.

In the case of the Shred School & Senior Shred School programs, the intention is that 8 classes will be delivered, however in the case of adverse weather resulting in 6 or 7 classes, there will be no refunds given. Every effort will be made to find dates for 'make up' classes within the term outside of the pre-determined dates.

Our refund policy is as follows:

For Group Clinics

14+ days before event date: full refund less 5% cancellation fee
7-14 days before event date: refund less 10% cancellation fee
Within 7 days of event date: no refund (however if the clinic has a wait list and your spot can be filled, we will provide a refund of the clinic fee less $20 administration fee)

For Weekend 'Shredcation' Trips

14+ days before event date: full refund less 20% cancellation fee
Within 14 days of event date: no refund (however if the trip has a wait list and your spot can be filled, we will provide a refund of the clinic fee less 20% cancellation fee)

For 'Shredcation' Trips longer than a weekend

For Weekly Classes (Shred Sisters Collective, Midweek Progression Sessions, Trail Skills Tune Up)

Casual 'drop in' lesson purchase
Before midday on the day prior to the class: full refund less 5% cancellation fee
After midday on the day prior to the class: no refund
Class pack lesson purchase
Before midday on the day prior to the class: class credit given
After midday on the day prior to the class: no class credit given

For Private or Small Group Bookings

7+ days before lesson date: full refund less 5% cancellation fee
1-7 days before lesson date: refund less 10% cancellation fee
Within 24 hours of lesson date: no refund
