Shred School for Kids

Shred School for Kids: Welcome

Get SHREDUCATED!

Does your child love riding their bike? Would you like them to have the opportunity to learn the fundamental skills of mountain biking, resulting in them riding with greater skill, control, confidence ... and FUN!

Our Shred School term-time program is specifically designed to be fun and educational for 7-11 year old girls and boys who can already ride independently and have basic control of a bike. During this structured program they'll learn fundamental mountain bike techniques for cornering, braking, using gears, descending, climbing and negotiating obstacles - delivered by qualified coaches in a controlled off-road environment. There'll be plenty of games and fun challenges, and they'll also learn the principles of bike maintenance including safety checks, basic maintenance and how to clean their bike. All resulting in an A+ Shreducation!

Dates & Time:

  • Wednesdays during school term, 4.15-5.45pm

Please note that we will not be running Shred School in Term 2 2024. Please submit an expression of interest if you are keen for your child to attend in a future term.
