Entry Changes

Instructions for Amending Entries

All entrants, whether MTBA members or not, are allocated an MTBA login when they enter via the online entry system. At the time of entering the event you would have received an email with your login details and request to activate your registration.

Log in to the MTBA online entry system, with your member number and password. You'll see a menu item 'Events' on the left hand side – click on the 'My Events' option and from here you can make the changes outlined below.

Teams
Items the team captain (i.e. the person who submitted and paid for the entry for a team) can change are:

• own details, pre-existing medical conditions, emergency contact name & number
• team captain
• team members
• team name

So, for example, a team can no longer attend and has given their place to another group of people. The team captain changes one team member to one of the new team members, and then makes this new person the team captain. The new team captain can then login and replace the old team members with the new ones.

Important note: you'll need to have all the new team member details to hand when you try to change a team member as stopping half-way through the process can result in an incomplete transfer. Individuals
Any individual rider can login and change their own details, pre-existing medical conditions, emergency contact name & number. When you login you'll see your personal details and can update those. When you click on 'My Events' you'll see your event entries and can modify the other event-specific information there.

Any Other Changes – Contact Us
The type of changes which we need to do for you are as follows:

• category change
• transfer of solo entry to another solo rider or team
• upgrade to bigger team
• addition of Singlespeed or Clydesdale special category to solo entry
